    I remember when he said that. There's some argument over what he meant. I don't believe it is a smoking gun at all, just Richardson pandering to a minority constituency. At this point, even if Obama isn't a citizen, nothing will come of it. No one wants to be the bad guy. FWIW, he should just produce the birth certificate to shut people up.
