The Secessionist Movement

Some right wing and libertarian blogs are discussing possible secession of certain states should Obama win. Secession is nothing new. Wyoming had a secession movement in the 1930's for a portion of that state, as well as parts of Montana and South Dakota to become Absaroka. We also have other secession movements like Aztlan and La Raza (reconquista), which some say has it's roots in Mexico's intellectual elites. While I am not promulgating these prospects, I'd like to discuss the possibilities with anyone that is interested. Can you imagine the effects of an Obama presidency resulting in people wanting to secede or even leave the country, or is it a bunch of hoohah by a bunch of tinfoil hat wearing nuts? I have no dog in the hunt yet, but I'd like to hear from you.

This is the Idiocy of the Obama Movement and It's Supporters

This is the idiocy that we are dealing with in the Obama Movement. The cult of personality is in full effect and americans have become so facile, lazy, ignorant, pusillanimous, and feckless that they would fall for such a mountebank. Listen to the video to here how stupid some people are.  Props to Glenn Beck for the video.

Barack Obama and Socialism: Still have doubts? Listen here.

Barack Obama not only shows his bias, but his ignorance regarding the constitution. He lives and thinks in a place that doesn't exist...yet. The question is, why vest economic changes through the courts? Because they are unelected and have terms that usually are in excess of what politicians serve. Obama show his Bethamite side with his comments. While he calls the constitution a negative rights document of law, in reality he is supporting a positivist view on what the law can or should do. Furthermore, it also shows he total lack of respect and acknowledgement for and of Natural Rights. To him, freedoms, liberties and rights come from a piece of paper and the government, not from god or nature. Thomas Jefferson would be appalled at his comments, as would most if not all of our founding fathers. If you think he is being consistent with the US Constitution, let me know, I'd like to hear from you.

Happy Birthday Theodore Roosevelt

Happy Birthday to the 26th President of the United States. Why it isn't a national holiday I have no idea. Nobel Prize recipient, CMH recipient, Governor, Vice President, President, Lt. Colonel in the Spanish-American War, likeness on Mount Rushmore. A man that walked the walk, talked the talk and was well read and educated as well. Very few like him graced the White House and none since.

Is Taxing People Legitimate Theft, Necessary Evil, or Patriotic Duty?

The Honorable Barney Frank believes that shortfalls in government coffers require taking money from people in the manner of taxation. Of course he couches this in that he suggests taxing the rich, as they have the money, but what if the government is at great deficit and he suggests lowering the bar? My question is, it would seem that politicians see taxation as a legal way to part money from people to fund programs that they use as pork to get elected. In a sense, we are paying for a system that keeps them employed. I would ask any reader that is willing to respond, what is the difference between this, the Mafia or a common thief? It could be construed that there is very little difference between government and the Mafia except that one has "legitimate authority". Or is it that a government fullfills some higher moral purpose and it is justified to take money which is not earned? If the latter is the case, then how can feeding and perpetuating a system designed to keep politicians employed be a higher moral calling?

Could it happen here? British Comedian Pat Condell is livid

Welcome to Saudi Britain

Stop sharia law in Britain

Pat Condell is British comedian that has taken to the internet to protest religion in general, and islam in particular. Europe has been going through social change in the last 10 years such that many islamic immigrants are demanding what would seem to be a separate society within the one that exists in the country they immigrated to and to the extent that they want a separate legal system. This is problematic at best, as which law takes precedence and with whom? You cannot have equal justice under law with two disparate legal systems. Can this happen here? Requests for sharia law have been made in Michigan and Minnesota. I think we need to be vigilant to maintain our current legal system. Not allowing sharia law does not infringe on religious freedoms, and allowing two separate legal systems would infringe on personal rights. What do you think? I welcome any comments.

The Obamessiah: Are mass cards next?

Votive candles with a likeness of Barack Obama on them in saintly monk robes and a halo. Truly is poor taste and it tells you that this cacasotto has lead people to believe he is the messiah. Lèse Majesté, sacrilegious or just poor humor? You tell me...

The Fairness Doctrine: Should we be concerned?

The Fairness Doctrine is a real concern for those that speak to the issues from the right. The resurgence of talk radio began when the fairness doctrine was removed. The Fairness Doctrine was a policy of the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that required the holders of broadcast licenses both to present controversial issues of public importance and to do so in a manner that was (in the FCC's view) honest, equitable, and balanced. The fairness doctrine was in force between 1949 and 1987 when it was unanimously was abolished by the FCC, but it must be said that it had been under attack and challenged in courts for several years previous. Currently, Nancy Pelosi, Dick Durbin, and John Kerry support bringing it back. For more information, read here.

Thank you for reading this blog.

Kerry shows a sense of humor, but did he go too far?

I find it interesting that the cacasottone suggests that McCain wears Depends. Of course this was just a lame try at humor from Lurch, and I guess I should applaud his attempts to appear warmer than room temperature, but if he said it from the standpoint of knowing something I do not, then I think it was in poor taste, otherwise, it's just weak. I bet Kerry wishes he had Depends when he was on the fast boat PCF 94.

The Right Guy to John Stewart: "F*** You"

John Stuart Leibowitz's assessment of Sarah Palin: "She said that small towns, that's the part of the country she really likes going to because that's the pro-America part of the country. You know, I just want to say to her, just very quickly: [expletive] you," Well John, you self hating jew that changed your name, it's not 1940 anymore. It wouldn't matter that your last name is Leibowitz, but obviously it matters to you. As far as Sarah Palin goes, you speak (and act) like a true east coast haute couture left wing elitist scumbag that you are and to paraphrase the great Bob Grant: John, ascendeme, tu sei provano sfacime. Denver Archbishop Charles J. Chaput speaks the truth

As a practicing Catholic, I have to applaud Archbishop's Chaput's speaking out on this subject. I would add though, I would go a step further: Catholics that twist doctrine to support this pro-abortion candidate Obama are not only wrong, but hypocrites. Obama supports abortion in the last trimester, and advocates killing the baby even if it is born alive. Obama's views are so heinous that any Catholic that knows this and still supports him should be excommunicated. We are better off without you.

Update: Ok. Excommunication is extreme. Consistent with Catholic doctrine, they can be denied communion.

Powell: Just another member of the identity politics brigade

Former general and secretary of state Colin Powell endorsed Barack Hussein Obama today. What a shame and sham, but it is yet one more incidence of identity politics. Considering his statements about having an african-american president would be "electrifying", one could come to come to that conclusion. two things the general doesn't address, and one is important to note: One, While he disparages McCain for going negative on Obama, he doesn't give the same shrift for the negatively and outrageousness done to Palin, which in some ways was much worse. Obama can get cover on this as Team Geppetto was in full force, so Obama's fingerprints were not on it, but he is complicit. Had Obama been subjected to the same ferocious vetting the MSM did, he wouldn't be where he is. Two, Powell may think that Obama has a better grasp of the economy than McCain, and he has a solution. I would ask Powell if it is possible that Obama is wrong in his assessment (both candidates are off the mark in their solutions) is it possible that what he may call intellectual curiosity is an elitist or facile cockiness? I think you could make the argument that McCain knows his limitations and would ask for help (Romney would be great here), whereas Obama is conceited enough he would not. Who do you trust at that point? Being a leader is more than white knuckling the bus over a cliff. I respect General Powell for his service, but he is wrong here, or at the very least facile and or a priori, but he is within his rights. I wish him well.

Team Geppetto

Some may wonder, WTF is Jim talking about when he says "Team Geppetto"? Geppetto was the creator of Pinocchio, a marionette (if this was San Francisco, it would be Finocchio, but I digress). I suppose I could have used Team Mangiafuoco, but I like Geppetto better. Anyway, Team Geppetto pulls the strings and controls the american public. They are the cabal of the MSM, political parties and politicians, and to some degree businesses. Team Geppetto plays the public against itself for their purposes, needs and wants. Unwittingly, most people watch and many participate in this play without regard to the man behind the curtain and as Uncle Jay might say, they are waiting for the fairytale they like best. So remember, Team Geppetto is making sure you know that Obama is a Muslim and that Bristol Palin is the real mother to Sarah Palin's son Trig. Ok, Obama really is muslim, but you get the idea. :)

Guess who is the republican?

Joe the plumber has a fellow republican and a friend in Ohio.

The Debate III: Joe the Plumber

Man, can McCain put a sentence together? I could have done better with the Wurzelbacher quote. It was as if he wasn't sure or was afraid. Obama had said to Wurzelbacher  was that he should be taxed to help people behind him.

McCain is saying it. Good. But he still seems off and not at ease going on the attack.

Obama sounds like he...is full of shit.

If the top 1% of taxpayers pay 60%, how is going further in that direction make sense?

Obama says he'll go line by line and reduce spending... More BS.

McCain is going at it now. Tells us he's not George Bush.

McCain is actually lucent. he brings up great points.

Obama the cry baby. 100% of McCains ads are negative. Obama you sfacime, the sting in any rebuke is the truth.

Obama is a cacasotto and he dyes his hair grey.

Obama says people want solutions. May be true, but what idiot wants socialism? Pal around with terrorists? Go for it John...

Hmm uhhh hmmm.... Can Obama talk?

ACORN...!

Uhhh Ummm ahhhhh she's uuhhhhh it's up to the american people.

Bob Scheafer, lets change the subject....Weak...Obama lackey.

Question: How are taxes investing in our future? Clinton said it and he was full of shit, so is Obama.

Let's look at off shore drilling....Catering to the environmental terrorists.

Healthcare....

Who pays for it Dear Leader?

It will cost some money on the front end... How much O'Stymie?

Here's the problem, huh, ummm ahhh huh....

He'll only fine large companies...What large companies don't offer insurance?

Uh umm ahhh huh...

Litmus test? What litmus test?

I've had enough. McCain was much better, but was it enough? I hope so. Obama is a lying cocksucker socialist. If I never hear another huh, ummm ahhh in between his thoughts, it will be too soon. This guy isn't everything people think he is. I've said all along that he's a cardboard cutout that can read from a TelePrompTer. McCain wins fight three on points, and managed to knock Obama down a couple times.

Thank you for reading my random ramblings.

Jesse Spills the Beans: Israel no longer first

Speaking at the World Policy Council, Jackson said that "The most important change (with an Obama administration) would occur in the Middle East, where "decades of putting Israel's interests first" would end." So I guess it would be ok if Israel got wiped off the face of the earth? No wonder Ahmendijad has been relatively quiet. "Jackson believes that, although 'Zionists who have controlled American policy for decades' remain strong, they'll lose a great deal of their clout when Barack Obama enters the White House". I wonder if Jesse "the extortionist" Jackson is going to be Obama's ambassador to the UN? May be he's looking for walking money or is he just throwing O'Stymie under the bus? Who knows, but this isn't good.

The Bailout: Extortion

It becomes apparent rather quickly that the bailout was extortion and a con job by the banks with the politicians as willing marks and the citizens as unwilling ones. The market dumped and lost 40% in a child like temper-tantrum, not satisfied with getting the bailout passed, they weren't happy until Bush got the checkbook out. Now we see the NYSE market soar over 900 points in a day, and other markets follow suit. It's all smoke and mirrors. These mountebanks that run wall street and the banks have conned us out of our money. If things were so dire, I do not think the market would be so volatile. What we are seeing is a manipulation based on fear and the desire of these charlatans to get what they want. At some point someone has to be the adult and administer discipline. Unfortunately, with Obama, we will have a co-dependent president check writer that will promulgate this sort of behavior for years to come. Get ready for the government teat.

Dear Leader or Pied Piper of Hyde Park? Obama is the wrong man no matter which

Barack Obama presents an interesting yet risky choice for president. To the average citizen, he may indeed represent positive change, and to anyone with a pulse rate would say he does represent change in some way, shape or form.

My thesis has been that Obama represents not only a socialist, but also a charismatic one that is poised to set the tone and direction of the United States in the 21st century. The direction at best is a socialist democracy, at worst a socialism like that of Denmark or Sweden. To many Americans, their eyes glaze over at such statements. The word “socialism” is not a dirty word anymore, most likely through ignorance. They are ignorant of the forces, values, philosophies and the vision on which this country was founded. They are also enculturated to accept a level of nanny-statism that would have been anathema to most Americans not long ago.

Obama makes no bones about his socialist ideals. Answering a question about taxation from a plumber who said he felt tax burdened, Obama said, "It's not that I want to punish your success. I just want to make sure that everybody that is behind you, that they have a chance for success too." This is redistribution of wealth and by that definition, is part of a socialist agenda. So you have to ask why?

You can dig into Obama’s upbringing if you like, but I’d rather focus on Obama as an adult. According to Dick Morris, we have “a man whose spiritual adviser is Wright, whose financial backer is Tony Rezko, and whose first major employer was William Ayers might not be a good choice for president. We all have heard the hate Wright has spewed forth from his filthy mouth, we know of the corruption of Tony Rezko through his trial, we know that Bill Ayers tried to blow up the pentagon and the only reason he never went to jail is that he got off on a technicality. To add insult to injury, he offers no apostasy, offers no regret, he is an unabashed communist and hates what America has stood for. Add to this the money that flowed with Ayers, the CAC, Acorn, Obama and the phony votes, and it leaves more questions than answers. Why aren't people asking more questions and still flocking to his message?

It's a Cabala of forces, actions and reasons that are behind this. One thing to consider is the overload of information that people have to deal with today. People are very connected and they have to parse what is important and what isn't. The news, both new media and traditional media have served as the de facto PR arm of the Obama campaign. Part of this is on Obama's part and most is that 9 out of 10 journalists are left wing. Obama knows he's playing to the choir and someone once said something to the effect that journalists are like children in that you can do anything you like as long as you play with them. I wouldn't say it's a conspiracy, but they all read the same talking points, so journalists have gone from observers to participants.

With the economy being weak, and 8 years of Bush, the war in Iraq,  and the war on terror, people have become weary and suspicious. Also, never underestimate the public's ability to blame the person in charge. The problem is Obama has defined a McCain presidency as more of Bush, I digress, but you get the point. At this point, it's the economy, and Obama is on point, and people don't care if the message is socialist because they want results, and as I said above, people, through our left wing educational indoctrination system, have become enculturated to socialism. Point in case, my parents were born before the great depression. Their generation considered handouts from the government below them and disgusting. Today we have farmers taking every kind of subsidy, abortion being funded by the government, unemployment insurance, welfare, social security, medicaid, and medicare, to name just a few. With entitlements, people lose the link between work and earning something. The value of work is diminished.

So we are left with the question of Obama, is he the charismatic socialist (or fascist) leader, like Hitler, Mussolini, Castro, or Chavez, or is he a pied piper like the socialist pedagogue equivalent of Don Quixote, leading us down the road of socialism? At first blush, one might assume the latter at worst, as he does come across like he cares, but one must remember what and who he is. Like the turtle and the snake, we do not want to learn the lesson too late. One, Obama is the product of the Chicago political machine, which is among the most corrupt in the country. Consider the sources of his money, his home, how he started his political career, and his spiritual advisor. Couple this with what we see in terms of youth groups for Obama that eerily resemble Hitler youth, and pledge allegiance to obama. We have Michelle Obama pining "Barack Obama will require you to work. He is going to demand that you shed your cynicism, that you put down your division, that you come out of your isolation, that you move out of your comfort zones, that you push yourselves to be better, and that you engage. Barack will never allow you to go back to your lives as usual - uninvolved, uninformed..." (Speech in February 2008). My interpretation us that Obama is going to tell you what to say, how to think, what you are going to do.

Consider this statement: "I need you to go out and talk to your friends and talk to your neighbors...I want you to talk to them whether they are independent or whether they are Republican. I want you to argue with them and get in their face." This is nothing more that intimidation, taken from straight from the Hitler Youth handbook. He wants to stifle dissent, to shut people up, t punish those that dare speak against him. Take Stanley Kurtz' appearance on Milt Rosenberg's WGN radio program. Obama supporters tried to get the radio host fired and in Missouri, according to Michael Barone,  St. Louis County Circuit Attorney Bob McCulloch and St. Louis City Circuit Attorney Jennifer Joyce warned citizens that they would bring criminal libel prosecutions against anyone who made statements against Mr. Obama that were "false." See here. Obama will not come out himself and promulgate these tactics, as he is pusillanimous and non-confrontational. John R. Lott, the free market economist and best selling author worked with Obama at the University of Chicago Law School. Dr. Lott tried to engage Obama in discussions of the second amendment, and Obama turned his back every time and walked away. Speaking of the second amendment, Barack Obama went after the NRA because of an ad they ran. See my blog post here. Further evidence is the talk of a new Fairness Doctrine and according to Michael Barone,  "the Democrats' "card check" legislation that would abolish secret ballot elections in determining whether employees are represented by unions". The effect of this is intimidation and censure.

My intuition is that an Obama presidency would start out more the pied piper, and end up dear leader. It also depends on the opposition he faces. With a democrat majority in congress, he would be free to pass whatever legislation he wishes and he will. But the center right in this country, which is most people, could rise up and force Obama to either moderate, or start a campaign of stifling opposition. I would bet the latter would be the case. He is too much of an elitist and crusader to moderate his agenda. Look back at his wife's words above. She has always been the the true marker of where he stands and it has been to his advantage to shut her up for the last several months in order to appear center left, which he is not. Right now, this is Obama's election to lose. McCain can win, but he needs to get a pair of balls, turn Palin lose and trash the talking points. It's not the war, its' the economy. Stupid. If he doesn't get this, look forward to at least 4 years of socialist hell. The only good that will come out of that is that one, the republican party will have to go through a rebirth if it is to survive, and two, I'll have plenty to write about.

Thank you for reading this blog.

Idiot of the Week

This week's prize is a collective one that naturally goes to the Nobel Prize Committee for awarding Paul Krugman the Nobel Prize for economics. This prize has been a long time coming due to their awarding the Nobel to Jimmy Carter, Yasir Arafat, and Al Gore. While Krugman in many ways pales in nefariousness to the senile anti-semite, the NMBLA lothario and the socialist bloviator, he does share a special place in socialist hell with them as the feckless court jester. He will be in good company with Ellsworth Toohey.

Thank you for reading this blog.

Ellsworth Toohey is Laughing With The Devil

Paul Krugman, the ersatz economist working as a pseudo-journalist with the New York Times, has won the Nobel Prize for Economics. I cannot feel too bad as these are the same people that gave Al Gore, Jimmy Carter and Yasir Arafat prizes as well, so their discretion is judged with distain and disbelief. According to John Lott, a free market economist, the "Swedes trying to interfere in the US election". I just see it as another example of the socialist left rewarding their own, and trying to promulgate feckless ideas whose time has past. Note to Krugman: Marx, Lenin, Stalin, and Keynes are all dead, as dead as your ideas.

Sub-prime Mess Explained

Review: An American Carol

I saw American Carol Saturday afternoon. I will give a brief review here. The movie is a little schlocky, and starts off slow. I have to say it was mild by this New Yorkers standard, so may be my funny bone is a little insensitive. It's not big on cinematography or haute film school techniques, but it doesn't need to be. The premise of the film is that Michael Malone AKA Michael Moore, an anti-American film maker, desperately wants to abolish the 4th of July and he wants to make a feature film and in his quest, he meets Afghani terrorists, the ghosts of JFK, George S. Patton, George Washington, The Angel of Death, and ACLU zombies, all of which to serve as a transformative force to change his mind and his heart. I won't give more away, but like I said, the movie wasn't shocking or super hard hitting, certainly not as much as it could be, BUT, the scene that literally brought tears to my eyes was the one with George Washington, played by Jon Voight, in St. Paul's Church. If there is a best supporting actor performance, this is it. It made the movie worth seeing. He was that good, that convincing. May be it was that I am a New Yorker, but if you see the movie, let me know what you think. I give it 3 and half Statue of Liberty's out of 5.

Guess who is the republican?

The two out of the three(The third was John Brown) greatest Americans in the civil rights movement were republicans . I might also add to Al Sharpton's and Jesse Jackson's chagrin, that Martin Luther King was pro-life.

"I am a Republican, a black, dyed in the wool Republican, and I never intend to belong to any other party than the party of freedom and progress."

Frederick Douglass

Guess who is the republican?

This one time James T. West was a speaker at the 2004 Republican convention and yes, he is a republican.

Dear Leader Stumps for a Socialist

Still don't believe Dear Leader is a socialist? If you listen closely, you can here Der Obamafuhrer thank Reverend Wrong, I mean Wright, for the wonderful weather. Can Bill Ayers be far behind them?

Guess who is the republican?

This actor and director has a passion for politics and is a republican warrior when he's not on the road. McCain should use Mel as a lethal weapon against Obama, but he won't. Payback is a bitch.

North Korea is Back to Their Old Tricks

Should we call Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, or Madeleine Albright? You be the judge...and let me know. Thanks to Atlas Shrugs for the inspiration.

"Feeding The Hand That Bites You"

This one comes from one McCain to another to the rest of us. You have to wonder how bad is it when the NRA endorses someone that doesn't want it. This lead is from R.S McCain. It just gets better every day in how McCain proves himself to be a sfacime. I guess pragmatism wins out.

Einstein's Theory of Insanity

Einstein said that insanity was doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. I thought Americans were stupid or ignorant, but it seems may be we're just crazy. Even though Bush has made more mistakes than Tim Taylor in all the episodes of Tool Time put together, the logic of the American people amaze me. When polled, people have given Bush an approval rating of 27%, based on a range of 22-32%. Congress is at 9%. Considering the democrats were elected into a sweeping majority 2 years ago for change (which didn't happen), they currently have a dismal 9% approval rating, and now the polls also show that democrats may pick up more seats in congress is proof that Americans are crazy. More of the same will not help. Giving Barack Obama a democrat congress is like Michael Jackson at a Wiggles concert and all the adults were sent home. Someone once said voters get the government they deserve. I guess it all makes sense then.

Secession - Will the South rise again?

Last week, I talked about a talk show host's forum I am a member where a member used a confederate flag in his signature. Read it here. I was perusing another forum after the debate last night and I came across some of the same non-sense. This time it was a person from Arkansas and they were talking about secession if Obama gets in, particularly with Texas, Oklahoma and anther person suggested Arizona. One, what these dolts do not realize is that it will never happen, but just for arguments sake, lets say we relive the Fort Sumpter fiasco and what followed. If they think fighting the Union was rough, wait until they face M-1 Abrams tanks and attack craft such as helicopters that have FLIR. They have no clue what they are up against. It would make the Georgia-Russian engagement look like a prolonged conflict.

The other thing they are not counting on is the utter fecklessness of the american people. If nearly half are voting for Der Fuhrer, it would seem at least half would already be against them. As much as I think that we are going to hell in a hand basket, I do not believe the time has come to secede or to dig a hole in my back yard and build a shelter, and save enough food to last a millennia. May be their time would be better spent trying to work within the system to change it. I just don't think we are at the point where anyone can rationally suggest secession or revolution.

Back to the idiots online. Last week I withheld what board I was on when I encountered the confederate flag. I will tell you now. It was Glenn Beck's Insider Forum. You see I am a "Glenn Beck Insider," and I lurk in the forums, commenting once in a while. I have to say I was quite shocked to see a confederate flag used in a signature on Glenn's forum and more surprised that he doesn't give a damn. I did send a PM to the moderators and an email to Glenn, but I received no response. I guess Glenn & Co. agree with Nero and Chung. I expected more from Glenn, but he's a busy guy, I know.

Let me be clear: You cannot justify a position on states rights and/or secession by flying the confederate flag. You also cannot divorce slavery from that symbol too. If you support that symbol, it's de facto that you support everything that goes along with  it. Please, don't give me some diatribe about the agrarian south being threatened and abused by the industrial north. It was about the south's view that slavery be legal in new states that entered the union, that slavery was a states rights issue. That like arguing in Hitler's Germany, if a company came out with a new oven, it had to be able to cook jews in it. It's insane. Why these missing links support slavery in 2008, I have no idea.

The other Forum that I found genetic throwbacks on was Anne Coulter's forum. This is not as much a surprise, and at this point, considering who she is, it's not even worth the trouble. So the question remains, should states secede if Obama gets in? My answer is no, not yet. I think we can survive one Obama administration, even with a democrat congress. If they do their worst, then come and talk to me, if I am still here. Prudence and vigilance is needed here, not excessive hysteria. I am not ready to go over the cliff yet. Besides, it's not Novembet 5 yet.

The Debate II

These are just ramblings I wrote down during the debate. In short, McCain seems doddering and off pace. Obama in on his mark, but lies like a rug. Obama seems to think he can cut taxes and increase entitlement programs and cut government spending. Pure fantasy coming from  democrat with a democrat congress. He also lied about democrats wanting to reform Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and tried to paint McCain as a caterer to Fannie and Freddie special interests. This is from the guy who took the most PAC money from those lenders.

McCain is warming up, but he really isn't hammering at Obama to the extent he is getting it. I will say as much as Obama sounds slick and polished, McCain seems more earnest and talking to people as opposed to making a speech.

Obama is trying to paint McCain with the presidency of Bush Re: go shopping after 9/11. True for Bush, but lame to toss on McCain.

Obama, hmm uhhh, hmm earmarks... How do you share a burden? Somehow it's unfair that some people do better than others. People that are doing better should be punished or as Obama says, make sacrifices. Go John... Obama wants to raise taxes. No shit. He's finally on a roll.

Obama wants more time to counter. Tough shit O'Stymie. the truth hurts. Brokaw stood his ground. Uh hmm huh CEO's..... Obama is pie in the sky. He's going to make government efficient. Really? How is that possible...

McCain wants a another blue ribbon commission? WTF?  Pure Reagan afterwards.

Green issues? I would say man made global warming doesn't exist. Palin did, but McCain isn't. Where is the disconnect? We do agree on nuclear power. What is McCain writing down all the time?

There is a moral imperative to have someone pay your medical bills? Obama is out of his mind. The problem with healthcare insurance is that it allow both doctors/hospitals and patients to abuse it, and overuse it, which pushes costs up. If healthcare had to be paid out of pocket, the cost of procedures would come down. doctors and hospitals can only charge what the market will bear. The subsidy of insurance inflates what the market will bear.

Obama say healthcare is a right? FBS. I am sorry about your mom Obama, but insurance was the problem. You have a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, which meant property. Not healthcare insurance.

Obama Doctrine When he's president...I guess if you it often enough, it will come true... He wants to go to Africa. Ok. More advisors.

McCain Doctrine Tries to paint Obama as against the increase in troop levels. OK. Answer the question. Steady hand on the tiller...I expected more.

Pakistan... Obama blames Iraq. Why couldn't we do both. Ok. Make it another VietNam. Cool. NOT.

McCain is in his element. He comes across much more confident than Obama in foreign policy, so far as Pakistan.

Russia - McCain is on, Realistic and knows the game. Obama - Yet another central issue. Every issue is a central issue. Hum ah hmm the russians themselves...Now we have to be clairvoyant. May be Obama can send his Truth Squads to Russia.

The Israel question with Iran...McCain - We will not wait for the UN. Mentions Obama's preconditions, that's fair. Obama does not answer the question. Will he wait for the UN? Skirted around it. Pussy.

McCain closes. He's on his game. They both were good at times, bad occasionally, but Obama lied outright a few times. I give this one to McCain, even though I cringed with McCain's idea about buying mortgages.

To Those That Doubt The Ayers Connection: When the Clinton News Network Speaks...

Here is a clip from Anderson Cooper 360 outlining Obama's attempt to obfuscate his relationship with Ayers, and therefore his de facto endorsement of socialism and the dirty ties of Chicago politics. Thank you to Founding Bloggers and Instapundit.

How Far Does Obama's Reach Go? Are the truth squads in Kenya?

Kenyan immigration officials have detained author and journalist Jerry Corsi immediately prior to his news conference where he was going to report on his findings of Obama's connections to Kenya. Corsi is a senior reporter with World News Daily and the author of Obama Nation. Here is the article. We pray for Mr. Corsi's safe and quick release from custody and we look forward t his findings.
