Well, guess who is the racist? New York State has to shell out $300K because he he prefers a black photographer to a white one. I am kind of surprised he didn't pull the affirmative action card, but then again, it's plain as day. Good for Joseph Maioriello, and WTF is El-Wise Noisette? If that doesn't sound like a made up name, I don't know what is. Anyway, all's well that ends well.
