Wayne Allyn Root, Author of The Conscience of a Libertarian, talks with Neil Cavuto of Fox News calling for tort reform to fix healthcare as opposed to government run healthcare. Neil calls him mean. Is that fair, unfair or tongue in cheek? Wayne brings up good points than cost the taxpayer nothing, and take the power away from the lawyers I mean politicians. Same thing. Anyway, enjoy. It's refreshing to see a real libertarian on TV or anywhere else.
