If you want to see muscle at a similar age, look at Lou Ferrigno, my fellow NY paisano. Lou is 6'5 and probably is around 300 lbs here. Obama is a mere girly man.
Or we can look at Magnus Samuelson, who at 6'6 and 330 Lbs, has no trouble bending frying pans. Magnus is the real deal.
