Idiot of the Week goes to Debra Messing for her comments regarding BHO. She said: "our new President is not only meeting my expectations, but going far beyond...He is thoughtful and considerate and he gets all the information before he speaks which I think is a wonderful quality for the ruler of the free world to have." Ruler of the free world. What a moron. No wonder the democrats are so fucked up and want America to be a socialist country like the UK: They believe in monarchy. I have news for Debra and her fellow hollywood troglodytes: The President of the United States is not a ruler of anything. He may be considered the leader of the free world, but never ruler. May be you would like BHO to be king, but somehow, I don't see that happening.

The Straw Man And The Magician

Sorry for the delay, but I've had the flu and then bronchitis.

I wanted to post this a while ago, and usually such stories are timely, but here goes. Lately we have ben bombarded with populist drivel in an effort to create straw men that keep us from dealing with the real issues and real culprits. Much has been made about the management at AIG getting bonuses, but what has been lost in the miasma is that Senator Dodd was the one that put in the bonus structure in TARP which allowed the AIG management to take bonuses. Wether or not you believe that they deserve it is irrelevant because they did something that was legal, and our congress and senate passed, and the president signed. While I think it is ill-advised for them to take the bonuses, they are legally entitled to them. Too add to the drama, some politicians want to haul the AIG head before congress, but wait, he was appointed by congress to run AIG...

Right now, Paul Shanklin was prescient with his rendition of "Barack the Magic Negro". I am not endorsing the song per se, but Barack is a magician. He has managed to distract with one hand while deceiving with the other. The demonization of wealth, success, and capitalism go beyond just a plain vanilla socialist agenda. It's about creating a constituency of voters that will keep Barack in power, by any means necessary. If you look at his election, he did not go the normal route that politicians take: Country Club republicans or Limousine Liberals. He took smaller donations from a much larger base. While the wealthy have contributed to political endeavors, their numbers are small and when it comes to actual votes, their voice is also small. When You look at the past, look at Napoleon, Lenin, and Hitler (lets throw in Castro as well), in this context. They used economic populism as a straw man to galvanize people to a common goal, that in the end was detrimental to their freedom, well being and safety. With the exception of Hitler, their policies in praxis actually set their countries back technologically, and financially on the outset and in some cases down the road as well.

Make no mistake, it is not a mistake in anything Obama does policywise and strategically. Tactically, he makes mistakes, but the press covers up for him. With the latest GM debacle, having Wagoner step down was an effort to one, show who was in charge, and two, to create a straw man to blame for the auto industries problems. The auto industries problems are come in a few flavors. One, they have taken on too much debt with the unions, particularly as with the benefits and pensions with retirees, and non-competitive wages. Toyota and Honda clean the big three's clock over this issues alone. They kept feeding the dragon instead of killing it. Two, there is too much government regulation which has had a negative impact on the vehicles they build. having to put more money into research to meet ever tightening emissions standards is a waste of time. You could argue the japanese car makers did it, and that is true, but they do not have to eat that all by themselves. Lastly, for a long time, they made cars no one wanted to buy and by the time they did, the perception was that they still couldn't make a car like that. Too Little too late.

Back to Barry. God is my judge, you will see Detroit, at least in the form of GM and Chrysler, be dictated to on what to build by the government (Right now, Go bless Ford). In that context, I think Obama wants the bailout to fail for GM et al and anything else (Can you say Chapter 11?). If the bailouts succeed initially, the government may not have the control that Obama envisions. Obama needs to create a dependent society for his agenda to succeed. That is the key. The society must look to government for solutions to all its problems. To this extent, Obama will even denigrate and subjugate the United States to the will of other countries. His success depends on destroying the idea of American Exceptionalism, of destroying our very truths, and our values in order to substitute his own. Marx called for the destruction of the whole social order and a call to destroy traditions. This is in contrast to the president we had at the turn of the last two centuries: Thomas Jefferson did not bow before royalty, but insisted on a hand shake, as did Theodore Roosevelt, whose presidency established the United States as a first class world power. This president sees us less that we are in the context of the world at large.

Obama is the first president since FDR to want power at any price. Whereas I am not convinced that FDR was a socialist, at least initially, he came to crave and keep the power even if it meant keeping the country down in the face of rational alternatives. Obama is much more ideologically centered than FDR. Obama wants the power all right, but he also has a dream that most of us would not want, but like FDR will create, foment and promulgate conditions for the attainment of both. Obama is both gangster and crusader, whereas FDR was pure gangster.

What comes next, you ask? Expect more diversionary tactics from the Obamessiah Time is of the essence and I bet he will not wait for the midterm elections to enact things such as nationalized healthcare, forced volunteer service, carbon credit climate plan, nationalized banks, wage control, nationalized auto manufacturers, and the The Free Choice Act, to name only a few. More straw men will be created, and if necessary, his henchmen will be thrown under the bus (Imagine Geitner's prospects in a year) for the purpose of pushing his socialist agenda on the citizens of the United States, putting us in such debt that we will never be able to get out of it and in the process curtailing our freedoms. It will be indentured servitude for the ages, and unwanted obligations that will destroy innovation, ambition and expectations of generations of Americans to come. While the prospect of becoming a quasi-socialist country like Denmark, Sweden or the UK (at best) may be appealing to some of you, I think that you really have lost the perspective of what it means to be a US citizen and what the US stands for. This loss is due to the fact that what is not earned is not appreciated. Read Eric Hoffer if you want a translation, specifically True Believer.

What can we do? Remain vigilant, vote for candidates that are not simpatico with Obama, and Think Freedom. Don't be fooled by the straw men that politicians will use to sway you and beware of mass movements in general. Your most powerful asset is your vote and it is your only voice. Also beware of movements that offer symbolism rather than real change. Symbolism is but a vent of your frustrations, whereas real change (and not Obamas type of change) requires personal responsibility, and action. Without action we are just playing with ourselves in the corner. No offense to Glenn Beck and his "We Surround Them" non-sense, but that is just an outlet that has no bite and only serves to peacefully quell the masses. The same with these bullshit tea parties. The signers of the Declaration of Independence did so at their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor. They had no intentions of symbolism, especially as it exists today. They were men of action. They were successful. Can you say the same, or is your Playstation and HD TV more important?

Now For Something Completely Different

This is my favorite car, bar none. GM knew how to make cars back then. Even as an 8 year old when it came out, I had to have one. At 18, a friend's brother had one and wanted $1500 for it. Couldn't afford it then, but $1500 is chump change now. Too bad they go for $40,000 and up, depending on condition. $75,000 is not unheard of at all. Oh well. A boy can dream, can't he?

Get The Tin Foil Hat Out: Justice Roberts Accepts Eligibility Petition

Chief Justice John Roberts accepted the eligibility petition. Even if he finds there is an issue and it goes before the court, and they agree he's not a citizen (sending Eric Dondero into rapture), will Obama leave? It'll be interesting to see what Justice Roberts does, even if I think this is going nowhere.

Barack Hussein Obama: From Messiah to Inept in Four Easy Steps

  1. Get Elected
  2. Hire Clueless Socialist Lackeys, I mean Yes Men
  3. Have a Democrat controlled congress
  4. Follow their lead by signing every Keynesian bill into law
Props to Obama for getting elected. Not only did he make it to the top, but he was a mulatto man making it to the top. The problem is, having is a lot different than wanting. Thomas Jefferson said it best: "In matters of style, swim with the current; in matters of principle, stand like a rock. " Obama has Marxist principles, and you could argue that he is standing like a rock with them, but I would say he isn't. he's practicing an incrementalism towards socialism and he's gauging how far and how quickly he can progress, but I digress. For all his imputed intelligence, for all his hope and change, for all his marxist ideology, he really is in over his head. I would say he is more over his head than kennedy was in 1962. The problem is that he has beliefs that are not proven in praxis. Government controlled economies do not work well, particularly on large scales. He also underestimates the average american's desire to be free. Free from government intrusion, and from taxes. He over estimates the chicken little factor that got him in office. He probably truly believes that he is the answer to our problems.

Here is the scary part. There are two methods used in the business world to accomplish things: Make the right decision, or make the decision and then make it right. You could say this applies to many things in life. So, is Obama a true believer, or a gangster? If he is a crusader, he will continue to push his agenda, no matter what the reality is, and shove it down our throats. If he is a gangster, he will fall in love with power (he already has to a great degree), and it won't really matter. He will do whatever is necessary to remain in power to serve his ego. FDR is a prime example of this. Still, gangsters can still make bad decisions, it's just that the decisions suit their success more than their beliefs. Either way, if they make the wrong decision, they will likely try to make it right. I don't believe Obama has the humility to admit he is wrong. He has politicians disease.

Anyway, the bottom line is he's floundering, flailing, and looking for a straw man. His decisions will have to be made right and I am sure the membership of the journolist will do everything they can to make that happen. And now that our national debt has reached 11 trillion, He's going to have to blame someone. Needless to say though, the printing presses at the treasury will be working overtime to pay for all of it, and of course so will we for generations. Thanks America, for electing such a schmuck.

Chuck Grassley Is At It Again

Chuck Grassley, from now on known as The Chuckster, is at it again. He wants the bankers at AIG to commit seppuku, and at the very least bow deeply in apology before doing so. Where have we heard that before? Of course The Chuckster must be deeply honored for winning the IotW award, and is now shooting for the IotY award or at least a nomination. Chuck, I don't know what planet you come from. I really don't. You monkeys in congress invented this problem, you made it worse by passing TARP, you feckless pezzo di merda, and now you want the bankers to either kill themselves or apologize like a japanese executive would? You are out of touch. May be you would like to lead by example? The only people on the good ship lollipop that are more delusional than you are Chris Dodd and Barny Frank. I should throw in the vampiress Bella Pelosi. I guess it could be worse. We could have two senator Harkins here in Iowa, or may be Governor Mike Gronstal has designs on your job, but bud, you need to go. You still haven't made a case for TARP, or ARRA, and you certainly haven't acquitted yourself well, Mr. Earmark. Being a senator requires more than bringing home the bacon at any cost.

Some People Are Assholes

This morning I received an email from a chap, who was so sure of his convictions, that he sent me an email through an anonymizer. Not only that, he knew my personal email address. Besides the feckless attempts at homosexual humor, he compared me to Hitler. I find this fascinating as I have am very anti-nazi, pro-Israel, and I am very fond of my jewish friends. That being said, I'd like to award this person the first Right Guy Asshole Award of the Week. If only he had the courage to confront me sincerely, and I mean that literally from the latin meaning, I could give him his award. So Mr. Anonymous, wherever you are, here's to you for winning the first Right Guy Asshole of the Week Award. If you keep it up, you could very possibly win the Annual Award, which is an all expense paid trip to Dr. Quincy's Table. Congrats, and I wish you the best of luck.

Ron Silver: 1946-2009 RIP

Ron Silver passed away today from Esophageal Cancer. Ron, a life long democrat switched to the republican party after 9/11, so you could say he was a libertarian republican? Needless to say, Ron was a very intelligent man knowledgeable on foreign policy, specifically with China. He will be missed both on and off the screen. Watch a scene from West Wing below and you will get an idea of the passion he had. Godspeed Mr. Silver, wherever you are.

Religious Tolerance in Britain: It doesn't exist

The Reverend Noble Samuel was attacked by muslims in his car while he was driving to his TV show. The men pulled in front of him to ask directions and proceeded to hit him and call him names. Not satisfied with that, they ripped off his cross, stole his laptop and warned if he went on with his show, they would break his legs. Where is the outrage Mr. Brown and Mr. Johnson? Reverend Samuel is of Pakistani origin, and came to britain 15 years ago, I would imagine because of religious freedom. Religious freedom no longer exists in Britain. See Pat Condell's video below.

Idiot of the Week goes to Stephanie K. Lighten for her failed attempt to rape her wife with a turkey baster using her brother's sperm. The victim, Jennifer Lighten, tried to escape to the bathroom, where Stephanie broke down the door. Jennifer then escaped to her SUV (A Ford Escape Hybrid I bet) where she tried to get away. Stephanie was so determined she opened the door of the moving SUV and was dragged along. The police were more than willing to press charges, but Jennifer declined. Fool. Someone this crazy is a clear and present danger. What I want to know is, if Stephanie wants a kid so bad, why doesn't she just impregnate herself? It's insane. May be Stephanie got her insemination training from Travis and his owner Sandra Herold. Hopefully Stephanie will not meet the same fate.

Gun Control: The US and Europe

Mr. John R. Lott Jr. has an article on the Fox News website that nails it on the head. Mr. Lott is far more eloquent than I, a better writer and more educated, so go here and read the article.

I will say that I see a knee jerk reaction to what has happened in Alabama and Germany. Considering the political climate, I am surprised our congress hasn't drafted something yet and named it the Kennedy-Pelosi Gun Control Act of 2009. We'll be whittled down to the Wheellock.

Thank you for reading this blog and thank you to John R. Lott for his.

As Europe Goes, Will Obama Follow?

With the latest spate of "gun" crimes in America and now almost commonplace in Europe, will Obama start a war on guns? We had a war on terrorism, then a war on the economy, and now I bet there will be a war on gun violence next. How will Barry rouse the masses? Will he unleash his lackey, Eric Holder to do his bidding?I think we just passed a high point with D.C. v Heller, and pretty soon we will be lucky if we can own Whitneyville Walkers.

While I bemoan the violence that has befallen the victims in these attacks, many times such events could have been prevented or lessened if law abiding people were armed. Obama, who sees opportunity in every crisis to implement his marxist agenda, will no doubt do the same here.

So, if it comes to pass, file it under "doing the same thing over and over yet expecting a different result." Albert Einstein called that crazy, but that is the mentality of most of Europe, and Obama.

The Right Guy Stimulus Plan: What I Would Do If I were the H*IC

The Right Guy Stimulus Plan
  1. Repeal of all federal taxes (thereby abolishing the IRS as we know it).
  2. Implement a national sales tax of 10-15%(on everything).
  3. Implement zero based budgeting.
  4. 20% across the board budge cut the first year, 10% each year there after for a total of four years. Eliminate some agencies.
  5. In regards to capital gains tax and inheritance tax, see 1.
  6. All bailouts cease. All institutions that took money from the government will pay it back at a prevailing rate. If they go under, we own the assets.
  7. Either Social Security must be scrapped or everyone contributes into it.
  8. A roll back of emission standards to 2006 standards for 4 years.
  9. No more corporate subsidies, no more individual subsidies. If you make gasoline, make gasoline, you don't need our help. The same for corn, soybean, milk or anything else.
  10. Repeal of the minimum wage.
  11. Repeal of the Wagner act.
  12. The creation of a national Right To Work law.
  13. Repeal of the CRA.
  14. Begin drilling for oil anywhere in the U.S. and its territories, like ANWR, and any coast.
  15. Overhaul of the Federal Reserve.
  16. Extend our domain from 12 miles to 50-200 miles where applicable for offshore limits. Enforce them as well.
  17. Sign free trade agreements with as many nations as possible. This means we can sell anything anywhere without restriction or tariff, and vis versa.
  18. Federal monies that go to states are directly proportional to their population and contribution (and therefore tax base). You can't get more than you put in.
  19. Nations where our troops are stationed: Germany, Korea, Iraq etc, will have to pay for our troops that are there. If they cannot pay in some way, we leave.
  20. Reduce foreign aid by 50%.
Thank you for reading this blog and vote for me. :)

Idiot of the Week goes to George Lucas. Not for being consistent with his fellow hollywood Aholes by being only socialist, but for supporting Obama's economic approach of capping executive salaries at banks. This is from a guy that has made millions in the free market place. Hey George, ascendame, tu sei proveno sfacime, and you are. How about capping hollywood executives salaries, or better yet, putting a cap on movie ticket prices. Everyone would agree that a movie shouldn't cost more than $4 or $5 tops. Hey Goerge, may be you should go back and watch THX 1138. That's where socialism leads.

Comrade Obama, Comrade Chavez

Chavez calls on Obama to the path of socialism. News flash to Chavez: We are already there.

The Real IRA

Before I step on some toes, let me say for the record that I have both English and Irish ancestry. Deacon and Coyne respectively. The "Real IRA" killed two British soldiers last night. This really is a shame as Ireland has come a long way, particularly in the last 10 years. A great economy, a great people, and great ale may I add. Not satisfied with progress, some dolts decided to crank things up a few notches. As usual, the IRA can't hit the broad side of a barn with out shooting everyone else too. Four bystanders were wounded in the attack, and it isn't the first time. I recall many years ago some IRA winners got a hold of an M-60 machine gun and sawed through some houses killing children. Whatever the case, they are lousy shots and have no discipline. At this point it is time to let it go and move on. Get a life and leave the rest of us out of your petty argument with history.

Doris Kearns-Goodwin

Is a total moron...besides a plagiarist. Her spot on the Imus show this morning shows how out of touch she is and how in the bag she is for Obama. She's a historian? More to follow.

Basically, Doris was blowing pussy farts over Obama and said that even if he is socialist and his measures are, in the balance, it's not as if it's forever, it's only a stage, a space in time. What miss plagiarist failed to address is that social programs brought about by megalomaniacs like FDR, Johnson and now Obama have lasting negative affects and influences on society, such that one, we'll never get rid of them (SS, Medicare, Medicaid, Welfare), and two, the programs will create a larger constituency on the government dole, which in turn makes more people feckless and dependent. Barack Hussein Obama, like FDR, isn't doing these things to truly help people as he's basically a gangster whose only interest is power. What's more dangerous than him though are the true believers in his marxist diatribe that will permanently wreck liberty in this country. So the idiot gives Obama a pass, and the other idiot, Imus does as well.

Thank you for reading this blog. Vote freedom.

What Now?

I was going to write, apologizing for some comments I had made to a woman who in turn had also commented to Tom Latham, my representative, on Facebook. I had called some farmers corn whores for wanting to get subsidies to buy and install wind turbines on their land. On second thought, no. Too many people, and corporations are sticking their hands out, expecting Uncle Sam to send some money their way just because they feel they deserve it. This is from the once rugged individualists, who farmed because it was what they did, and now they want to be subsidized because they see themselves as some special class.

One, once you take the drug of subsidies from the master know as Obama or any other plutocrat in Washington, you will soon find that you will always have to lick the heels and hands of that ungrateful master, who is only bribing you with your own money and the money of other americans. You have become the supplicant to a glorified pimp. How will you earn your keep?

Two, there should be no special class in this country high or low. We have seen the results of the great society, which set back economic and social progress in the black community at least 20 years, and put an unwanted burden on society. Obama, not satisfied with blacks and other minorities living on the government plantation, plans to put almost everyone else their. I preached this before the election that Obama was a mountebank, pretending to be centrist, but a socialist, a marxist at heart. What do you say now, oh supplicating masses? How do the chains feel upon thy wrists, ankles and soon to be necks? This drama is far from done and the damage will mount. Ready for act two?

To all the corn whores out there, and you know who you are, live well under thy masters will and learn to supplicate well as well.

Thank you for reading this blog.
