It's been a long time since I had an official Idiot of the Week post, and this story is both idiotic and weird.

Jean Stevens, seen left is claustrophobic. In fact it is so bad, that when her twin sister and husband died and were buried, she couldn't stand the thought of them being stuck in the coffin so she disinterred them.

Not to be outdone by Weekend at Bernie's,  Jean took the corpses home and laid them out on couches.

State police have been investigating the bizarre case since the corpses were discovered in mid-June. Authorities found the body of James Stevens on a couch in the detached garage and the body of June Stevens on a couch in a spare room off the bedroom.

Stevens had them dug up shortly after they died -- James in 1999 and June in October -- and tended to their remains at her rural property outside the northern Pennsylvania town of Wyalusing.

How the fuck do you tend to bodies? I mean how weird is that? Does she get take out from the local chinese joint for them or does she change their Depends?  I won't even get into the aspects of necrophelia.

Jean Stevens has indicated through her attorney that she plans to build an aboveground vault on her property to store the bodies of James Stevens and June Stevens, according to Bradford County District Attorney Daniel Barrett.

"If she does that, the bodies will be released for that purpose," he said. "Otherwise they will be re-interred."

A mausoleum on the grounds. I wonder if they will have a TV with cable?

Barrett said a decision on charges could be made as early as Friday, after he meets with investigators.

He said authorities are looking into several possible violations, including misdemeanor abuse of a corpse. He also cited possible summary violations of the state health code, which regulates how bodies must be disinterred.

"There were some things done here that were not lawful," he said.

Police haven't said who retrieved the bodies. 

I love it, abuse of a corpse. Talk about saving relics. File this one under totally fucking crazy. I have only one question though: Who dug them up and transported them? May be she has a back hoe, who knows. I'd pay to see that.

IotW: Canadian Edition

The Idiot of the Week award goes to Gary Smith, Police Chief of Windsor Ontario. Gary apologized to the muslim community after his police officers made arrests in four honor killings. It seems that the muslim community was upset, as sharia law should take precedence over secular societal law.

I will also confer upon Mr. Smith the Dhimmi Order of Canada or DOC for short. This award was created by Mark Steyn and Mr. Smith receives this award for his tireless supplication to 7th century throwbacks that would rather see him dead. Good luck Mr. Smith, you will need it.

This week's Idiot of the Week award goes to the dumb ass and as yet unnamed burglar that was killed with a Katana when he tried to accost his victim after being told to leave. The police have withheld the name of the burglar for some ridiculous reason, yet the district attorney is looking into the case to determine if charges will be pressed against the student that defended himself. Only in looney liberal and left wing Baltimore Maryland.

A Johns Hopkins University student killed an apparent burglar with a samurai sword after discovering the man in his garage, police said Tuesday.

Baltimore, Maryland, police received a phone call shortly before 1:30 a.m. Tuesday about a suspicious person, and an off-duty officer arrived at the scene with campus security, city police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said.

When authorities arrived, they heard calls for help and for police, he said. They discovered a suspected burglar with a severed left hand and severe lacerations to his upper body, Guglielmi said.

May be District Attorney Patricia Jessamy will grace next weeks IotW post. I hope not for the sake of justice.

Broward County Schools Superintendent Enforces Indoctrination

The coward From Broward is bullying students into watching Obama's brainwashing speech.

Students in Broward County Florida Schools cannot opt out of Obama's speech. James F. Notter, The winner of this week's Idiot of the Week Award, says that students will be punished if they do not go to school the day of the speech. This is contrary to the US Department of Education Secretary Arne Duncan says the speech isn't mandatory Obviously, Notter didn't get the memo in his daily talking points.

World to Notter: You are out of your mind. What's next, re-education camps if we disagree? I know people that actually have been through them. I am sure you'd like to run one yourself.

The Idiot of the Week Award goes out to Bernard Hogan-Howe (not satified with one boring name, he has to have two) who as the Police Chief for Merceyside in the UK had a poor chap arrested for the crime for Theft By Finding. If you can believe it, Paul Leicester, 18, an A-level college student, found a cell phone and turned it over to the Merseyside Police in Southport, UK. Talk about no good deed goes unpunished. Well Mr double name, or should we call you Col. William Tavington (the resemblance is stunning), I should think you qualify as asshole of the year as well. To add insult to injury, they even took a DNA sample. WTF? I wonder if you treat muslims this way? We'll have to defer to Pat Condell for that answer.

Idiot of the Week goes to Debra Messing for her comments regarding BHO. She said: "our new President is not only meeting my expectations, but going far beyond...He is thoughtful and considerate and he gets all the information before he speaks which I think is a wonderful quality for the ruler of the free world to have." Ruler of the free world. What a moron. No wonder the democrats are so fucked up and want America to be a socialist country like the UK: They believe in monarchy. I have news for Debra and her fellow hollywood troglodytes: The President of the United States is not a ruler of anything. He may be considered the leader of the free world, but never ruler. May be you would like BHO to be king, but somehow, I don't see that happening.

It's been a long time since I had Idiot of the Week, and I had nominated Gordon Brown last week for his stunning proposal of a global society. He is of course, an idiot. Now on to another idiot, or should I say idiots. Mexico City is giving out Viagra to men over 70 years of age in an effort to improve quality of life? Really? Who are these men going to enjoy their better quality of life with? Most women lose interest at that advanced age, and giving a 70+ year old man Viagra is like putting a supercharger on a high mileage engine with low oil pressure. Something's going to blow and it's not the hooker going down on the old man! May be they want to lower their healthcare costs by promulgating heart attacks or may be they like Hombres Verdes running around saying estoy falto! I'll pass on that visual.

The Idiot of the Week is... Senator Grassley. The man who thinks that forgiveness and acceptance is a bow away. He's also the man that voted yes for the pork laden bailout bill, with plenty of pork for the glad handing politician and the man who does not believe in separation of church and state, but rather the state is the church. Just like he believes banks need over sight, he believes churches do too. So congratulate Chuck on winning this weeks award. BTW, I found this picture as is on the internet. Nifty, isn't it?
