China continues inroads into central america with the latest free trade talks with Costa Rica. President Hu met with Costa Rican president Oscar Arias. The price of such a meeting was Costa Rica giving up trade ties to Taiwan. President Hu headed for Cuba, it's communist ally in the region, after the trip to Costa Rica.

Not that I don't agree, but why is the Mexico City Government candidate for IotW?
Like I said, can you image the visuals? ¿Estoy duro? o ¿estoy falto?...Or with Viagra would it be ¿soy duro? 70+ year old men chasing the local distaff would be entertaining for awhile, but then it would be a hazard. I guess what you are really asking is, why only a week? Hopefully it will only take that long to figure out their folly. Good to hear from you again Hector.

Anyway, Marcelo Ebrard could win IotW any week... But then agian, so could almost every mexican politician (or just every politican?)...
I would say the vast majority of politicians at one time or another would qualify.
