Not on FOX or GBTV

I am sure many of us feel the same way about Obama, but we do not get to show our disdain so publicly as Tatyana Limanova did on REN TV in Russia. You don't see this on Fox News or Glenn Beck TV. Too bad, although since she was fired for this, may be Glenn or Roger Ailes will hire her. Go Tatyana.

Thank you for reading this blog.

CNN Helps Ron Paulvorkian Poke the Eye of Newt

By Jim "The Right Guy" Lagnese

Whatever you think of Ron Paul, CNN definitely gave Dr. Paul more time than he has received in the last debate and then some. In last night's debate, the true believers might see it as a vindication of Ron Paul and a chance to push his candidacy beyond the single digits he's been in all along. His detractors will say it framed him for the batshit crazy lunatic he is. Some fully expected not only the tin foil hat, but the matching aluminum foil gauntlets as well. Never say that Dr. Paul is sartorially challenged. Of course, the truth lies somewhere in the middle.

Ron Paul is 100% right on economic and domestic issues. Where I part with his adherents are that they think he's 100% right about everything. Ed Koch used to say, if you agree with me 75%, vote for me, if you agree with me 100%, you need a psychiatrist. So it goes with Dr. Paul. I believe he fails in two ways: One, his foreign policy principles and objectives are a little short sighted and naïve. The notion that somehow we had any complicity in the 9/11 attacks is insane. I also think he doesn't understand how to deal with real threats. It's not as if his positions offer some practical leeway in dealing with a panoply of situations, but rather they are subject to a set of principles that back him into a corner both philosophically and empirically. I really don't believe he has the depth to handle a situation that really would require some sort of legitimate use of military force, and I use the term legitimate in the context of what he believes.

By contrast we have Dr Newt, the ersatz narcissistic sociopathic professor that looks as if he's spent too much time at the Golden Corral while thinking it was the OK Corral. I don't think there are more polar opposites in this campaign than Drs Paul and Newt and CNN surely gave them both ample opportunity to prove it. Can we demonstrate even one area where they agree? Immigration? Gingrich promotes what is basically amnesty. Healthcare? No way. Earlier this year, Newt promulgated his own version of Obamacare.  I'd have to wonder what wonderful neocon scenarios Mr Gingrich would love to test out if he had the chance. He's a very bright guy, but I wouldn't trust him. I think there is a disconnect between what he believes, what he says and what he really wants to do. The problem with both of these gentlemen is that they do not have the polished people skills and amicability that would endear them to voters. I don't think most people like either of them. My wife tells me Dr Paul is more like Dr. Kevorkian and Newt is a cross between Professor Kingsfield and the Mucinex booger snot. No matter how good their ideas are, do people want to listen to them?

In the last few debates, there has been one candidate that has the ability to explain things more simply without being facile and has at least a more anodyne demeanor and that is Mitt Romney. I hate to admit it, as I have called him both a Sears and Nordstrom Mannequin in the past, but the man does his home work, tries to relate and explains things in a way most of us would understand without being patronizing or condescending. Is he the most ideologically grounded? No. Is he as avuncular as Herman Cain or Ronald Reagan? No. Would he do a good job? I think so and that is more than I can say about BO or most of the people on stage. I'll also add that Michelle Bachmann had a fantastic night at the debates and really showed some nuanced thinking in her analysis of our foreign policy issues.

So, in the battle of the Doctors, who won? You tell me, I'd like to hear what you have to say.

Enhanced Interrogation...Over Ice Cream

Jermeller Steed and Cicely Reed, two ex-employees of a Jonesboro Georgia care facility have been charged with waterboarding a resident. The resident, 89 year old Anne Foley was waterboarded over an argument about ice cream. Ms. Foley has dementia.

May be they were trying out for the CIA or the TSA. We'll have to see if there are any grouping charges that support the latter. Or may be it's just another James Dickey Meme.

Whatever the case, it isn't enhanced interrogation, ice cream or not.

Thanks Steve, for everything

Real genius comes once or twice a century and we've been lucky enough to witness a little bit of it. Most of us wish we could accomplish with our lives what he had done in one year or even less...Anyway Steve, see ya down the road.

Thank you for having read this blog.

Palin isn't in it

Our very own Saracuda isn't running in 2012. Ok. She says she'll jump behind a candidate and support the pick for GOP to defeat Obama. I wonder who she will choose? Will she play queen of the ball and wait to see what the suitors hold, or does she have someone in mind? My guess is she'll support Herman Cain. What do you think?

This Bud Is For You

9/11: 10 Years Later

Normally I post this on the anniversary of 9/11. The one thing different this year is that as far as I know, OBL is dead. Still, there was little or no closure as I didn't get my pound of flesh. In some ways, I wish they captured him live, brought him here and executed the bastard publicly. We did it to McVey, why not OBL? I would have liked to have tied him to a pole in the middle of ground zero and let my fellow NYers pass justice. Such isn't the case. We won't even see photos let alone the video of the piece of shit's death. We might upset the muzzies. All I have to say is, fuck OBL, fuck Al Qaeda and fuck islam.

Lastly, if you truly believe in heroes, please donate to The Pat Lyons Foundation.

Police Do Nothing When Flash Mob Robs Store

Of course if a flash mob member tried to video tape or take a picture of the cops, they would have acted, but since it is only the act of stealing, they cops thought they should be allowed to walk away. Where is a Texas Ranger when you need one? It seems to protect and serve means only themselves.

Payback is a Bitch

It was bad enough this morning when I read about 31 american soldiers that were killed in a helicopter crash in Afghanistan, but then to find out most were SEAL team members and many of the SEAL team that killed OBL, that was unbelievable. My first first though was revenge. My second was, who sold them out. I think that the answer lies in who announced the crash. That would be Hamid Karzai.

Afghan President Hamid Karzai announced the number of people killed in the crash and the presence of special operations troops before any other public figure. He also offered his condolences to the American and Afghan troops killed in the crash.

I don't think the Taliban just got lucky. Payback is a bitch. Not only were the majority SEALs from team 6, but it was the biggest kill against American troops in Afghanistan extant. This was a huge propaganda win for the Taliban, that is for sure. It'll be interesting to see how this plays out. Where is Obama now? He was the big cheese in chief when they capped that miserable bastard. He's probably off playing golf or eating a heart attack burger somewhere. There's no political gain in this for him.

Confessions, Observations and Projection

I have to admit it. I was on the Islam is to blame train with the Oslo Bombing and Shootings. Shit, I was on the phone with Eric at Libertarian Republican before the news was spread very far and he hadn't heard of it yet. The first thought in my mind was, it was the fucking muslims. I mean they do have a pretty strong history for these things. Instead, we find out that it was a blond haired, blued eyed, crazier than a bag of squirrels cock-sucking son of a bitch. His point of view might be understandable, I mean muslims have immigrated into Europe in such numbers that things are changing for the natives there. Instead of looking for political solutions like a Geert Wilders, he decided to take matters into his own hands. No, he didn't blow up or shoot the muslims, who he hated. He went out and made a bomb with over 13,000 lbs of fertilizer (the Norwegian government was alerted to this) and detonated it in front of the building where the Prime Minister's office is, killing at least 7 people there and went to an Island where he gunned down scores of people killing at least 86. What is even more ironic is that he belonged to a political party called the progress party, which opposed the muslim immigration policies (if you want things back the way they were in the past, how is that progress? Just saying. ) of the Labor Party. He was also a Mason and part of some group called the Knights Templar. I feel sorry for the Masons after this fiasco.

So, instead of some imam in lockup, we have a modern day version of a hitler youth turned mad. What will the Norwegians do? Will this guy get executed? I hope so, and quickly too. Terrorism should be tolerated by any society, although it has in Europe with the likes of the IRA, but that is another story, for another time. Europeans have been way too tolerant of islamists as well. Even the Archbishop of Canterbury says that we might as well give up, as sharia and islam will be "unavoidable".  Still, what to do about it? For one thing, stop being saps and breaking your backs bending over backwards for people that don't respect you. Two, it's time to say enough and put an end to the open immigration policies and put some sanity to whom is allowed in and who isn't. Even though my ancestors came from some of these European countries, I would have a harder time gaining entry for the purpose of citizenship than if I was from Pakistan or the Sudan. That's fucking retarded.

In the end, the Europeans need to start believing their culture is better than anyone else's. Right now they have a moral equivalence about themselves that every culture is equivalent and therefore equal. They aren't. This quest for some sort of egalitarian mantle will only bring about their own demise and furthermore, the people they are trying to please won't give a hoot and will take advantage of their "good will". Basically, the Europeans are naive. They are to blame for this too. Because of their lack of backbone, lack of conviction in who they are, their lack of understanding what is, has allowed a mental case like Anders Breivik to come about. Monsters are a creation of their environment and this guys wasn't dropped in Norway by little green people. No, he's a home grown nut job and he won't be the last.

Heroes and Assholes

Normally, you might find me ridiculing or being hard on Leonard Boswell, the Democrat Congressman from Iowa's 3rd congressional district. I have to tell you I have found some new respect for Mr Boswell. You see, last Saturday night, an assailant entered Mr Boswell's home in Davis City and held a gun to her head while demanding money. Mr Boswell, who is 77 years old, tackled the assailant and in the process broke a rib. His grandson retrieved a shotgun, pointed it at the assailant, who then fled. I have to give props to Leonard, he's no cacasotto, as we say in the old country. He did the right thing, as did his grandson, although I think it would have been better if his grandson sent an ounce and a half of #6 at David Dewberry, who has a criminal history of being a second floor man and he's only 20 years old.

Leonard, ya done good.

Our next award recipient is Lindsay O'Brien, 28 years old, pregnant and from Philadelphia, the city of brotherly love. It seems Vaughn Matthews thought he was entitled to her laptop bag and laptop and tried a snatch and grab. Ms. OBrien, over 3 months pregnant, gave chase down the stairs and when confronting Mr Vaughn, he broke her wrist and hit her in the abdomen. For his troubles, Lindsey kicked him twice in the leg, breaking his tibia in two places, which will require two surgeries. Mr Vaughn was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, robbery, theft, receiving stolen property and reckless endangerment. I like it when a plan comes together.

Can you say Mama Grizzly?

Lastly, our asshole award goes to the liberal scum and police in New York City. Jason Fordell was beaten and robbed by four black assailants on the subway who taunted him with terms like cracker and white boy, and were encouraged by other passengers on the train to beat him, one of whom asked to join in and asked "I get a few shots too". This particular asshole, Barminthe Ramoutar of Brooklyn, was arrested. Thing is, the cops didn't think this was a hate crime, but would continue to investigate. Of course of if Mr Fordell had used the term "nigga", I am sure he would have been arrested forthwith. That said, with the detritus that runs the city, it's no wonder. Say what you want about Rudy, but he was straight up compared to who replaced him, who is a bleeding heart asshole in republican clothing.

"I had a whole lot of bleeding from my skull," he said. "My eye is swollen five different colors. There was blood in my urine. I have a footprint on my back and on the back of my neck."
The case is being investigated by detectives, but has not been assigned to the NYPD hate crimes task force because cops are unsure if the suspects were motivated by bias, sources said.
"They have to look at whether that was the motivation before the robbery," a police source said.
Motivation? They are scum of the earth and they did it because he was a white weakling. Of course, according to some civil rights commentators, blacks can't be biased or racist. Res Ipsa Loquitur. If this was reversed, we'd have Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson parading around 260 Broadway with Bloomberg doing his best Lewinsky impression on each of them. Sfacime.

Happy Birthday GOP

Jul 06, 1854, In Jackson, Michigan, the Republican Party started its existence at a convention. So, on this July 6, 2011, I wish the GOP a happy birthday. 157 years of supporting such diverse presidential candidates from Teddy Roosevelt to Calvin Coolidge. Lets also not forget that the GOP was the african-american party. That my friend is a very big tent. Hopefully the Tea Party reshapes the GOP for the next 157 years as it lost it's way.

Happy Independence Day

In spite of all the festivities, pomp and circumstance, are we any freer than we were 235 years ago? Some may see this as a rhetorical question, some as a ridiculous one, still others won't care a whit, having become accustomed to the hamster wheel.

Recently, I had read a quote by the new age philosopher Vernon Howard, who said: "Our freedom can be measured by the number of things we can walk away from." He also said: "Freedom begins as we become conscious of it." Vernon was one interesting cat and I encourage anyone to check him out. In this context, how many things can we walk away from? Are we conscious of our freedom or lack of it?

To expound on the first question, I'll further ask, can you give up your iPhone or other smart phone, computer, fast food, alcohol, drugs, the need for a bigger house, better car, crappy job, great job, wife, husband, children, petty grievances and desires, hatred of others, hatred of self, religion, god, malignant self-importance, the need always to be right? What are we running from, what are we running to? Some of these, such as family, have certain obligations that are a trade off in whatever perceived freedom might be gained. Some are trade offs that we perceive for some benefit that the do gooders like to call the common good. Still others here are mere objects of desire and delusion that we use to reinforce our sense of self-importance, relevance and perceived fecundity. While some are useful tools, they still latch on like spidey's web, creating dependence that is in fact anathema to being free. Are you willing to walk away, give it up?

To the second question, are we aware of it? Certainly not in a conscious and caring way that would want to remediate it. While in some ways, the impetus of our founding, to be free of the king, is looked on with such anti-monarchial pride, the yoke of taxes, or social, economic, and political burden we have taken on since, makes or genesis seem mild in comparison. Part of it is based in paternalism or what I call the ideology of Farm Animals®, and part in the distraction of meaningless bullshit that we encumber ourselves in everyday life.  Basically we would rather give up personal sovereignty to ensure some sort of guarantee of existence. In other words, safety. In our own hearts be true, we know this and we know how feckless we have become. So we surround ourselves with more stuff in an effort to delude ourselves of what it is real. If you don't believe me, look at it in the extreme with Horders, which is all the reality show rave now. All addiction is based on disconnecting with reality. Reality is harsh, it can suck. Buy more stuff, drink more alcohol, eat more food, do more drugs. It'll all be better in the morning.

Now, back to our collective independence day. Are we more free than we were then? I think not. Collectivism makes it harder if not more difficult to walk away and in a way is the ultimate addiction that is a necessary and purposeful distraction for those who are behind that curtain. Like a cow with a nose ring, we are led around by our noses by those that are less than us and worse, who we appoint, encourage, reward and enable. Democracy has allowed us to become masters of our own enslavement and while not by divine right of a king or queen, we are still slaves, indentured servants and fools.  we still have an awfully long way to go if we want to be considered truly free.

Thank you for reading this blog.

135 Years Ago Today

George Armstrong Custer met his end on a stretch of high plains in Montana called the Little Big Horn. Originally touted as a sacrificial lamb to the barbarian tribes and true american hero, revisionist historians have since painted him as a 19th century glory hunting nut job that died not soon enough.

As with most things in life (all things), the truth is somewhere in between. If the jingoistas of the 21st century only knew how bad these guys had it back then, they wouldn't be so strident. Soldiers today have it much easier. Soldiers of 1876 had no telephones, let alone Skype, iChat, Email, Smart Phones, Digital Cameras, and Video Cameras. Certainly the food was worse as were the living arrangements and pay. I'd have to wonder how today's men and women (there were none in service then) would fare against an aboriginal adversary under less than modern conditions.

Still we see parallels. Soldiers were used as a tool of foreign policy (remember, these were territories, not states and the indians were considered part of a their own nation). No matter what Custer or any other soldier thought about the Indian, he had a job to do. On this day in June, 1876, there were missteps, screw-ups, and the results at this point are history and far too lengthy to go into here. So on this day in June, how do we judge such men? How will we judge our soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan 135 years hence? Will revisionism strike again?

George Armstrong Custer by all accounts was an overachiever. While graduating last in his class at West Point, he proved himself in the Civil War and became the "Boy General". The take away here is that he delivered, which is the lynchpin of leadership. Under promise, over deliver, or to put it another way, don't write a check with your mouth that your ass can't cover. Ultimately, his risk taking caught up with him, in a big way.

On this day in June, 2011, I salute George Armstrong Custer, that crazy bastard that gave his all on that hill in Montana. We still need crazy bastards like him from time to time. It keeps the shit merry-go-round moving in the right direction. Unfortunately, we have become a society of effete diletantes that would rather sell their mother in a back room deal than put any skin in the game and hence, are poorly suited to real leadership, especially in bad times, because they are more concerned about themselves than anything or anyone else. What they deliver is perception, not always reality and that is the politicalization of modern society. Look behind the curtain and see.

So, was he a glory hunting nut job that died not soon enough, or a sacrificial lamb to the barbaric tribes and a true american hero? You tell me.

Thank you for reading this blog.

The Andre Controversa Show

The Andre Controversa Show Presents:

Our first Guest at 7:00PM is Elaine Donnelly, president of the Center for Military Readiness.
Our topic will be some pro-gay sensitivity training propaganda put out by the usda, which is being implemented by the Office of Personnell Management, which wants to mandate these guideleins in all federal agencies.

Donnelly will discuss the potential effect this could have on the military if these guidelines are implemented among our armced forces.

At 7:30PM will be is Claudia Cooper. She's a student at West Hills Middle School in West Bloomfield Michigan.

She was part of a contest called Exploravision, in which young science students have to come up with technologies for use 20 years in the future. They also testified in teams before congress. Biker Chick for President

AP Photo of Sarah Palin at Rolling Thunder Rally
No, it's not Katey Sagal from Sons of Anarchy. In a seemingly de rigueur photo op for Mrs. Palin at the Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Rally, Sarah poses for the cameras while riding bitch for a...female motorcycle rider. While the ersatz reporter Andrea Mitchell says Sarah wasn't invited, It seems the riders at the rally didn't mind at all. I surely didn't.

Palin, the Vice Presidential running mate of John McCain in the 2008 presidential election, seems poised to jump in the fray for the White House. Being a motorcyclist in addition to being a libertarian republican, I welcome her willingness to ride a bike, even if it seems forced. She looks pretty good astride the Harley Davidson Electraglide Ultra Classic, I wonder if she'd mind riding pillion on my Beemer? I wouldn't.

Next up for the Palin Tour? Is it Philadelphia or Gettyburg? Keep in touch. Ride on pretty mama grizzly, right on to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

While Rome Could Burn, Obama Picks Up The Fiddle

In a turn of events, we find out that Iran is building missile sites in Venezuela. That's right, the country in South America. Sound familiar? We've been here before, in 1962.

From The Jerusalem Post:

Iran is building intermediate- range missile launch pads on the Paraguaná Peninsula, and engineers from a construction firm – Khatam al-Anbia – owned by the Revolutionary Guards visited Paraguaná in February. Amir al-Hadschisadeh, the head of the Guard’s Air Force, participated in the visit, according to the report. Die Welt cited information from “Western security insiders.”
The rocket bases are to include measures to prevent air attacks on Venezuela as well as commando and control stations.
The Iranian military involvement in the project extends to bunker, barracks and watch tower construction. Twenty-meter deep rocket silos are planned. The cost of the Venezuelan military project is being paid for with Iranian oil revenue. The Iranians paid in cash for the preliminary phase of the project and, the total cost is expected to amount to “dozens of millions” of dollars, Die Welt wrote.
The Paraguaná Peninsula is on the coast of Venezuela and is roughly 120 kilometers from America’s main South American partner, Columbia.
According to Die Welt, the clandestine agreement between Venezuela and Iran would mean the Chavez government would fire rocket at Iran’s enemies should the Islamic Republic face military strikes.
You have to wonder what Obama is doing? Basking in the afterglow of the Seals capping Osama while lighting up a Kool? Or is he planning another vacation to play golf for two weeks? This is very shocking news.  Of course it is nothing new. Obama has been fiddling while all sorts of nations have been pissing on the Monroe Doctrine. The Obama Doctrine is to turn the United States into a urinal for the rest of the world. So far he's succeeding.

Significance of the Date of Osama's Death

It's really quite simple: He attacked us on 9/11 or 911. 911 is a phone number to dial for help: An emergency. If Osama Bin Laden was killed on 5/1 that is May Day, as in a call for help. May day, may day... Coincidence? I don't think so.

Government assistance has eroded charity in this country, and, if America defaults on its debt, we won't have a choice; we will have to  create a culture of charity, or we won't survive.

Lindsey Graham: Jackass

H/T Steve Deace:

If there was ever a woman on fire, here she is. She makes Sarah Palin seem effete, she makes Michele Bachmann look uncommitted. She may be a french fry short of a happy meal, but man, she's got fire. She's also right about the Quran. Those words are from their own book. They say the truth will set you free. In this case it set the Quran on fire. I hope she is well armed, as the real nuts will be coming.

Palin 2012 a Reality

It's Official: Sarah Palin has announced her candidacy for president of the united states. In a press conference scheduled for later this morning at the Jefferson Memorial, Palin will make it official. Some sources say that the ticket will be Bachmann and Palin, leaving some to speculate that the ticket would be called Bachmann-Palin Overdrive. I guess we ain't seen nothing yet. Personally, I think it'll be her and Herman Cain.

A Bridge Too Far

We could argue all night about whether the killings were just or not, or whether we should be in Afghanistan, but one thing is for certain: We've lost the moral edge and we've lost our way.  Almost 10 years ago we went after Osama Bin Laden in Afghanistan and we still do not have him.

The latest cinematographic treatises created by our soldiers in Afghanistan show that our soldiers have lost their moral compass. They are enjoying themselves and going beyond killing the enemy, whoever that is. This is a result of two factors: The lack of real, attainable goals with an end game and no oversight. We hear talk of killing innocent civilians and framing them with planted weapons. Sounds like something corrupt police do. Obviously they know they've done something wrong, otherwise why plant the guns? Further, it is disgusting to mutilate bodies and save relics. I've always thought our soldiers, especially the latest iteration of the US Army, are the best there is and have ever been. I feel like this proves me wrong.

The responsibility for this non-sense falls squarely on the soldiers themselves as well as the command. We need to discipline these people quickly and with extreme prejudice. There is no place in our military services for people like this. We also need to take a long hard look as to why we are there. We have no real attainable goals, no end game and we haven't accomplished anything other than sending soldiers home in coffins and wasting billions of dollars on a bridge too far. The Russians failed in this stone age play and so have we. I believe if we wanted Bin Laden, we could have had him by now. I really have to wonder why such jackasses like Obama and Bush implemented, promulgated and continued this charade like a pair of 3rd grade cowboys and indians dilettantes. I have come to the conclusion that political power, money and position are no substitute for efficacy, competence and good, moral, judgement. This is nothing to be proud of and god help us.

Finally Exposed

Anyone with an IQ above Nancy Pelosi (or John Boehner for that matter) would have come to this conclusion the first time Obama opened his mouth on his presidential campaign. In fact before that. Still, we've gotten to the point that it's become a bad joke like the uncle that does a combover and thinks he looks young and sexy. There's no use defending it, there's no use hiding the elephant in the room. No amount of camouflage can cover the incompetence that lunks in the White House, no matter how hard Obama's lackeys in the main stream media ignore it or try to paint a happy face.

The last straw as it were is the situation in Libya. Obama has built his presidency on the premise that he is not like the previous president in that he will not invade countries, preemptively. Up to this point he has kept his word, but now we find ourselves involved with Libya in a half-assed fashion. We can argue whether or not we should be in Libya, but that is not my fight here, but I will say that Qaddafi is responsible for the murder of how many Americans from the bombing in Germany and flight 103? He should have been made room temperature a long time ago, but I am digressing.

Obama numbers have been down for awhile. Not good for any politician who is coming up to an election year. In the one chance he has to be presidential, meaning decisive, commanding, confident, and successful, he falls back to his pusillanimous  nature and fails miserably. The rebels in Libya were pushing Qaddafi's forces back, winning, but couldn't hold the line for long. They asked for American intervention. Instead of acting decisively, he waited for consensus with his "European partners" of how they would procede. If history is any indicator of future actions, studying the martial habits of the wine drinking and cheese eating dilettantes should indicate whatever happens, it will be tepid, half-assed and ineffective at best. In the meantime, Qaddafi spends some gelt and buys mercenaries from Chad, Niger and  Mali. Now the rebels are pushed back by Qaddafi's refreshed forces and the rebels are on their heels. At this point, Obama gets involved, because he and his "European Partners" have come to consensus. Understand, that like a child that takes the keys to the car without his parents permission, Obama never sought congressional approval in this adventure and furthermore does not ask for forgiveness either.

So now, we are left to wonder, what gives? I think we have a few forces at work here. One, we have a feckless person in the office of president, one that probably was pushed around as a child and needs the support of others to act. This man is not a natural leader in the sense of taking control and being decisive, even with evidence and information in hand (can we say the Gulf Oil Spill?). The second part is that he doesn't like being responsible for things that go badly. I suppose who does, but true leaders, great leaders take the good with the bad, brickbats along with adulation. In all his political life, he's never been in an office long enough for accountability to catch up with him. Now that he's reached the top, there really is nowhere to hide, no one to blame. He's elected himself into a box where he cannot extricate himself into a new and higher political position. He does have the personal tools to get elected, the smile, some charisma, the reparte that seems to go over. On the other hand, he hasn't shown the skills to deliver the goods. He's feckless. Three, he doesn't believe that America is even a first among equals, let alone the preeminent country in the world. Furthermore, he believe's it is his mission, to bring us down to the level of just another socialist democracy as we have with European countries. I am not a very religious person, but hearing this passage of scripture (KJV Matthew 18:8-9) over the weekend drew some comparisons with Obama:

8Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire.
9And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.

Now, I think Obama sees capitalism and the success of America as the hand, foot or eye. His template is to reverse everything that has been done, a Mr Opposite if you will. But underlying it all, is the cleansing of the sins of the white man, of everything that has made America great. Juxtapose this template with the personality traits I have discussed, and we have what we have: The worst president in American history and while this will be unpopular but true, he is the spawn, the penultimate fruit of affirmative action. Before all the left wing malcontents throw brickbats at me, let me say that affirmative action is counter intuitive if not counter factual to the mantra of the civil rights movement and it master progenitor that fomented the possibility of affirmative action: A person should be judged by the content of his or her character, not the color of his or her skin. To put it plainly,  two wrongs have never made anything right. Now we have the product of that faulty thinking and it is the worst president extant.

So here we are, wondering, how did we get here? As with most elections, there is always a divide between right and left in this country and the deciding factor is ofter the mushy moronic masses that occupy the middle. Swayed not by ideology, but by feelings. They felt they should give Obama a chance, inaugurating a new age in American politics with the election of our first black president. Now that even the monkey with the white flag knows what a feckless mound of walking protoplasm Obama is, will this mush in the middle of moronic excellence give the mountebank in chief a second chance? As sure as Obama says he won't give up his Nobel Peace Prize for things he hadn't done yet (Rewarding forward, do you see a trend here?), he certainly won't give up the office of president without a fight. The question is, will the M&M's believe in his promise and give him a chance, even after being exposed at last as a mountebank, a feckless failure and dilettante, a product of affirmative action and marxist indoctrination? It remains to be seen. Never underestimate the idiocy of the American voter. All I hope for is that we have someone on the right that is not only good, but a slam dunk. Right now I have my doubts.
